Its been awhile since i have wrote one and as its the off-season i figured i would write one. Going into the draft the Blackhawks roster was looking very weak. After acquiring a pick from the Whalers to draft defensive dman Philip Larsen the defence was looking a lot stronger after that. Later in the draft GM Brent kept up his usually drafts by drafting yet another goalie in Peter Delmas. It is rumoured that Delmas is on the trading block. The blackhawks still are looking for a 3rd line center and a 2nd line rw. GM Brent did finally pull the trigger on a deal acquiring a pro rw in Wayne Simmonds to play on line 3 or fill in when needed. We are hoping to make a few more deals before season starts to maybe get this team back to a playoff contender. Stay tuned for more
