As free agency approaches with many teams eager to jump in and try to get the players that they need to be a contender. While the Blackhawks have made one trade to make there team ready to go for the season as it looks as the Hawks will be staying put and watching everyone else battle it out to grab that final roster player that they need. With all the positions filled GM brent is ready for pre-season to see how the newly rerated players play on there respective teams. Will this finally be the year that the Hawks can actually fight off the maple leafs and actually make it somewhere this season. Only time will tell now. Look for more news in the near future.
