Well it's another season, another summer, and UNFORTUNATELY I still don't have a REAL job. Still muckin' it here in the PHL. Still writing articles about the Boston Bruins. Still stirring the pot in the PHL.....

I have to first of say thank you to all you people that voted me PRESS AGENT OF THE YEAR.....Nice lil bonus cheque for that one.....spent'er all on the wife, except for my Dale Carnegie course....they booted me out after day three....bunch of know it alls....I mean SERIOUSLY....DO THEY know WHO I AM.....Jack Adams finalist.....PRESS AGENT OF THE YEAR!!!

Well the Bruins have been BUSY....some MAJOR acquisitions this off season. Ole GMAC survived the abysmal finish, Gino Malkin and his FOURTEEN game pointless streak...DID NOT.....Good riddance...he was soft....

I think it's safe to say.....DAMMMNN....

Rumor out of Bruins HO is this is the year.....make or break as far as this administration is concerned.
This Bruins team is deep in all positions. The acquisitions of Spurgeon and Gilmour gives the Bruins a DANGEROUS group manning the middle. Kyle McLaren is simply one of the best dmen in the entire league. Many suspect this could be the MOST dangerous team in the league, with four bonafide snipers on the wings, and a solid core of defense, and one of the best groups of centers in the league.

Gmac is yet to name his Head Coach, many suspect a Bruin great will be named this week. Gmac's experiment behind the bench was a MONUMENTAL failure.

Around the PHL.....

-Well FA period has come and gone. This FA group was considered the BEST ever, and was a definite opportunity for a few teams to close the gap on the groups at the top. Unfortunately, for the most part the strong got stronger. Several lower rung teams are sitting with 600+ thousand FA dollars, and no talent left to spend it on??? Seriously.....did the Bruins add an 8/9 and 9/9 winger for less than 500K combined??? SERIOUSLY....are some of you sleeping at the wheel??? HOW THE HELL AM I UNEMPLOYED??? SERIOUSLY??? LIKE SERIOUSLY????
-10 Teams have been CUT loose. LA, Vancouver, Quebec and Hamilton will be missed....solid franchises....the rest??? Good riddance.....there are enough PLUGS in the Western Conference.....

-Speaking of Plugs....how about that Smythe??? Combined winning percentage of that division last year??? How about a WHOPPING .461!!! UGLY.....Oilers take it, Running away....and that is pathetic!!!

-The Stars in the Patrick will be an interesting twist.....like the Eastern Conference needed another powerhouse....thankfully John Boy in a moment of weakness, dealt his ONLY 9/9 Goalie....Stars still win the Patrick....

-Jazzy Jazz, has been VERY quiet??? All that FA cash, and NO significant acquisitions??? As usual, I have no idea what Chazz is doing(Pretty sure neither does he).

-Bruins will win the Cup....this time I'm SERIOUS!!!!
